At Requiem, every garment is crafted with intention, precision, and respect for your individuality. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, trust, and a seamless experience while protecting the exclusivity and integrity of our creations.
Pre-Orders & Deposits
• All garments are available through pre-order with a 40% deposit.
• Your deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of placing the order.
• After 48 hours, production begins exclusively for you. At this stage, the 40% deposit becomes non-refundable.
• The remaining 60% wil be cash on delivery

• Each Requiem piece is made to order, tailored to your provided measurements, ensuring a precise and personal fit.
• In the rare case of a manufacturing fault or defect, you will receive:
• A full refund (including your deposit).
• Delivery expenses covered.
• Additional compensation for the inconvenience caused.

• You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
• Exchanges are available for:
• A different size (subject to availability).
• A different style of equal value (within the collection’s availability).
• Because we uphold quality over mass production, all pieces are limited. Exchanges are therefore dependent on availability.

• We do not generally accept refunds if there are no production issues with your garment.
• However, if you wish to insist on a refund:
• You will be refunded 60% of the order value (your deposit remains non-refundable).
• Delivery fees will not be charged to you.

Requiem is not built on mass production or disposable fashion. Each garment is created exclusively for you. By working through pre-orders, we preserve quality, eliminate waste, and ensure that your piece is not just clothing; it is an investment in artistry and quiet confidence.
